Happy New year everyone, 2013... Wow... doesn't time fly....
Well since the new year I have done my first Dive which was a Padi Wreck course for a client, but still managed to get some great underwater shots. Yesterday I went for a small walk along the rocky shoreline of Ghar Hasan near Birzebbuga and took a few shots of the area for people to see the topology.
Here are a selection of then, only using my Sony W10 compact for all of these.
A wonderful Octopus that we saw on the Dive
Its now the Season of the Jellyfish, these however don't make the easiest of Subjects.
Another of the Octopus, very playful creature and certainly very clever.
Ghar Hasan, Near Birzebbuga. In the distance you can see the Oil rig and Filfla Island. Great topology of the island here, this side of the coast actually goes down the deepest. As you can see its crumbling away. just at teh end near the pinnacle is the Cave System of Ghar Hasan, which has now been closed off for safety.

Looking like a great place for climbing and Cliff walking or should that be jumping.
